We are seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial Senior Regional Sales Manager to expand our presence as we accelerate our growth across North America.

As a key member of the commercial team, you will play a strategic role in growing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening our market presence across the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives and market opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion across the US and selected key accounts.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the food, beverage, and ingredients sectors.
- Expand relationships within existing accounts while proactively pursuing new customer segments and channels.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to support long-term growth objectives.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop trusted, long-term partnerships with customers by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with customers to support product innovation, supply solutions, and commercial success.
Market Intelligence & Industry Expertise
- Monitor market trends, customer demands, competitive activity, and emerging industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership based on market analysis and customer feedback.
Commercial Negotiation & Forecasting
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and territory performance reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams including operations, supply chain, customer service, and leadership to ensure exceptional customer experience and execution.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to strengthen brand presence and develop strategic relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of successful sales experience within the food, beverage, or ingredients industry.
- Strong industry knowledge in juice concentrates, fruit ingredients, beverage solutions, or related categories preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving territory growth.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business while managing and growing strategic accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning abilities.
- Ability to travel throughout the territory as needed.
- Global business or international customer experience is a plus.
