Duties

• Operate embroidery machines and/or screen printing equipment efficiently to produce custom designs on garments.
• Prepare garments by ensuring proper placement, alignment, and quality control before printing or embroidery.
• Set up and adjust machinery according to specific design requirements, including color matching and tension settings.
• Inspect finished products for defects, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper handling of textiles and equipment maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.

Requirements

• Experience with garment construction, sewing machines, or textile arts is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with sewing techniques and manufacturing processes related to apparel decoration.
• Prior warehouse experience or working in a production environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate embroidery machines or screen printing equipment with precision.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and an eye for color accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of sewing or garment assembly is beneficial but not mandatory.

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
