Role Description
We’re looking for an exceptional full-time Senior Bookkeeper who thrives in complex accounting environments and takes pride in maintaining clean, GAAP-compliant financials across multiple entities.
This is not a typical bookkeeping role. The right candidate will have experience managing multi-entity accounting structures, intercompany transactions, and acquisition-related accounting in a fast-moving company environment.

What You’ll Own
- Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting across multiple legal entities in QuickBooks
- Intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and eliminations
- Monthly close including reconciliations, accruals, and adjusting entries
- Maintaining GAAP-compliant financial records
- Supporting accounting for acquisitions, integrations, and purchase accounting entries
- Producing accurate monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong experience with multi-entity accounting and intercompany reconciliations
- Exposure to M&A accounting or purchase accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Extremely detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership

- Experience in high-growth or acquisition-heavy companies
- Experience supporting financial diligence or audits
