We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused Frontier Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, the Frontier Representative will deliver customized connectivity solutions, build long-lasting customer relationships, and represent the Frontier brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Acting as a trusted advisor Frontier Representative, you will guide individuals and businesses toward wireless and Internet services that align with their needs, usage habits, and future goals.
Frontier Representative Responsibilities:
● Serve as a results-driven Frontier Representative by promoting and selling Frontier’s high-speed Internet and connectivity services through direct customer engagement
● Deliver compelling, personalized sales presentations that clearly communicate the value and competitive advantages of Frontier’s offerings
● Match service plans and pricing options to customer needs to maximize satisfaction, optimize usage, and increase conversion rates
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and loyal customers to drive brand loyalty and recurring revenue
● Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, reinforcing trust in the Frontier brand and encouraging repeat business
● Track and evaluate individual sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly to meet or exceed KPIs and revenue goals
● Share customer insights and market feedback with leadership to support continuous improvement in sales strategies and team performance
Frontier Representative Qualifications:
● High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or a degree is a plus
● Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles preferred
● Prior experience in a Frontier-related or telecommunications role is a plus
● Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach
● Self-motivated, coachable, and performance-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to travel locally within an assigned territory to support customer engagement and account growth
