Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hardscape Crew Leader to oversee and execute high-quality outdoor construction projects focused on hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces. In this energetic role, you will lead a team of skilled workers, coordinate project tasks, and ensure that all work meets safety standards and client expectations. Your leadership will drive project efficiency, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction, making outdoor spaces come alive with creativity and durability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of hardscape installers and laborers to complete projects on time and within scope.
• Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to optimize productivity.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and suppliers to coordinate project details.
• Oversee the proper use of tools, equipment, and materials for landscape construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and troubleshoot any issues promptly.
• Support team training on techniques related to masonry, stonework, paver installation, irrigation integration, and general landscaping practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or construction with a focus on hardscape projects.
• Demonstrated supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care, gardening, horticulture, tree care, irrigation systems, and general maintenance practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, or project plans related to outdoor construction.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
