About the Role:
We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Paint Recycling Specialist. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for sorting, pouring, and processing paint products in a safe and efficient manner. This is a physical, fast-paced job that plays a key role in our recycling operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet daily production targets during assigned shifts
- Sort and pour paint products from quart, gallon, and 5-gallon containers
- Read labels, mix paint by hand, and identify paint colors
- Scrape remaining paint out of cans
- Lift and move containers (1–5 gallons) regularly throughout the shift
- Respond promptly to spills and maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Wrap pallets and prepare materials for shipment or storage
- Segregate cans by recycling type (plastic, metal, etc.)
- Follow safety protocols and complete required trainings
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50-70 lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and work procedures
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Willingness to undergo and complete required trainings
- Previous experience in recycling, warehouse, or industrial settings is a plus (but not required)
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: From $16.50 per hour
