- Human Resources Position Overview:**
As the Human Resources Director, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting our commitment to delivering top-notch care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations.

- Human Resources Qualifications:**
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in Human Resources, with a background in long-term care.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate complex HR challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting is a significant advantage.
- Medical Records Responsibilities:**
Maintain accurate and complete patient records, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Review and verify the accuracy of incoming medical records, reports, and test results
Organize and file patient records in a secure and confidential manner
Ensure that all medical records are current and up-to-date
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve medical record accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with healthcare providers and other staff members to resolve medical record discrepancies
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Perform other duties as assigned
Medical Records Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
