LHH is partnering with a progressive Software organization to identify an experienced Accountant with 3–5 years of progressive GAAP experience. This position pays 100K-115K+Bonus and offers a flexible work schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations across key accounts
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze variances and support operational initiatives
- Assist with inventory-related accounting and discrepancy analysis
- Prepare internal financial reports and support cash flow tracking across multiple entities
- Assist with audit preparation, including schedules and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax filings and regulatory requirements
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes as needed
- Contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal controls
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations
- Exposure to multi-entity environments; treasury experience is a plus
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas)
