Job Overview

As a General Labor team member, you are the engine that keeps operations moving. From the moment the line starts up to the final cleanup at shift’s end, your work is visible, your contributions are real, and your reliability matters.

What you will do

• Stack finished product onto pallets, handling boxes up to 50 lbs. with consistency and care.
• Load aseptic bags into boxes and apply proper dunnage to protect product integrity.
• Dump raw materials from boxes and drums to keep the line supplied and moving.
• Communicate with leads and fellow team members to maintain smooth product flow throughout the shift.
• Speak up immediately when something looks out of spec or equipment is not performing — your awareness protects the whole team.
• Support shift setup, break relief, and end-of-shift cleanup as directed.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and operate drum dollies or cranes for loads up to 650 lbs.
• Clear communication skills in English — safety, quality, and teamwork all depend on it.
• Basic math ability and comfort with touchscreen data entry.
• Steady, dependable attendance and a collaborative, team-first approach.
• A willingness to rotate through different tasks and step in where the line needs you most.

Work environment

This is active, physical work in a food manufacturing facility where safety and quality standards are upheld at every step. Hearing protection, hair and beard nets, lab coats, and occasional safety glasses are required. It is a fast-paced environment where no two shifts are exactly the same — and that variety is part of what makes the work engaging.

Pay: From $17.28 per hour
