Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for the Vice President of Project Operations. The VP of Project Operations will oversee operational and project management functions to ensure successful delivery of initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include leading operational teams, managing budgets and P&L, driving customer service excellence, and implementing effective project management practices. The role will require working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, ensure alignment with company goals, and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management, with a track record of optimizing performance and managing financial outcomes
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Strategic Planning to ensure organizational success and stakeholder satisfaction
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management, with the ability to lead complex projects to completion efficiently
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a remote environment while maintaining team alignment and collaboration
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
