,Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Tire and Wheel Sales Representative to join our team. We offer a base, plus strong commission pay. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales of tires, wheels, and related accessories through direct customer interactions, online sales, and referrals. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for automotive products and a proven ability to close sales through relationship building and product expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate leads and build a customer base through cold calls, walk-ins, online platforms, and networking.
• Consult with customers to identify their tire and wheel needs, vehicle fitment, and budget preferences.
• Recommend appropriate products and services based on performance, style, and price.
• Prepare and present sales quotes, process orders, and coordinate delivery or installation.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including specifications, pricing, promotions, and fitment applications.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with vendors and team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in tire, wheel, or automotive sales highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tire sizing, wheel fitment, and performance brands.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, CRM, Excel, or online marketplaces).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

• Pay Structure: Base Pay and strong commission opportunity. Earnings are based on sales performance, with unlimited income potential.
