Our company is hiring a Full Time Team Member to represent AT&T in a professional, face-to-face customer environment. This Full Time Team Member role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while educating potential customers on AT&T products and services.
As a Full Time Team Member, you will engage directly with customers, provide accurate information, and support new customer enrollments. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity designed for individuals who are motivated, professional, and growth-oriented.
The Full Time Team Member will act as the face of our organization while working on behalf of AT&T. This Full Time Team Member position combines customer service, sales support, and relationship building in a fast-paced, team-driven office environment.
Full Time Team Member Responsibilities
- Represent AT&T products and services in a professional manner
- Provide in-person customer service and answer questions clearly and accurately
- Assist customers with account setup and service enrollment
- Maintain a strong understanding of AT&T offerings and promotions
- Build positive relationships with potential customers
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals
- Ensure all interactions reflect company standards and compliance
Full Time Team Member Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time on-site
- Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
