Production & Packaging Associate Full Time NEW

RIND Small Batch is growing! We are looking for people to help in our production and packaging departments. This is a full time, day shift position, Monday – Friday; 9:00am to 5:30pm . At RIND Small Batch we produce several different flavors of granola and package dried fruit and nuts for customers all over the country.

The role is a hybrid role, daily tasks will depend on the production schedule. The individual will be cross trained for the ability to move between stations and departments. The responsibility of the production team is making high quality granola. This is a very physical role, that includes mixing, spreading, baking, cooling, and dumping of the granola. We pride ourselves on the high-quality taste, texture, and appearance of all our products.

The packaging team runs the product into bags through our commercial packaging machine. The team is responsible for staging bulk product, case boxing, palletizing, and moving finished product to the warehouse.

A successful candidate will be timely, efficient and organized. All personnel are expected to adhere to all regulatory and company food safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

● Assist the production team with responsibilities including weighing, mixing, and baking delicious granola
● Assist the packaging team with the packaging, case boxing, and palletizing of finished product
● Must be able to lift 50 pounds
● Maintain SQF standards including completing paperwork, following of operating procedures, and sanitation processes
