Substitute Job Coach Full Time NEW

The focus of this position will be to provide training, support, and supervision at community supported work sites. Training may take place in-center at times.

A Substitute will learn all jobs and accepts shifts offered to them from full time employees when they need time off.

Hours of work are dependent on the jobs you are covering for the shift with fluctuating hours between 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Hours of work subject to change based on Vendors needs and schedules.

Pay rate: $17.51/hour.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• minimum 18 yrs of age
• valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• able able to pass a background check.

Must maintain a positive attitude when working with persons served and representing the agency and treat program participants with kindness and respect. Must qualify for employment under MN Rules 9543.3070, Applicant Background Study.
