2. About the Opportunity:
The Full Stack Software Engineer role involves ownership of significant product areas from concept through production. The position requires building and maintaining both frontend and backend systems that manage onboarding, benefits, and payments. The role directly impacts the reliability and simplicity of healthcare-related financial decisions and benefits management for users.
3. Responsibilities:
• Own product areas end-to-end from idea to production.
• Deliver code quickly without compromising correctness or maintainability.
• Develop across the full technology stack, including user interfaces and backend services.
• Convert user and business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, system design, and product finish.
• Manage production system reliability, debugging, and ongoing improvements.
4. Requirements:
• Experience delivering production web applications across frontend and backend.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to work through ambiguity.
• Capability to analyze complex systems and business logic.
• Familiarity with current engineering tools and frameworks.
• Proven ownership, collaboration skills, and sound technical decision-making.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Estimated compensation range $161,000—$230,000 USD
