Litigation Associate Attorney Full Time NEW

Wright & Greenhill, P.C is seeking a litigation associate for our office in Austin.

The ideal candidate should be energetic and self-motivated with 3 to 5 years of experience in general civil litigation. Duties include, and the associate will gain immediate experience with:

· Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and mediations

· Drafting pleadings and motions

· Sending and responding to paper and electronic discovery

· Reviewing documents and conducting legal research

· Reporting effectively, timely, and professionally to clients

· Active participation in all aspects of litigation management

We are a team-oriented firm as most of our cases require the involvement of multiple lawyers. We want our associates to develop the skills necessary to take on increased responsibility.
