Above & Beyond Tree and Shrubbery Service Inc. is hiring a CDL Grapple Truck Operator in South Bend, IN. This is an onsite role paying $25 to $35 per hour with overtime opportunities and year-round work. You will operate a grapple truck, pull trailers, and support a professional tree care crew on residential and commercial job sites.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Operate, drive, and maintain the grapple truck including loading, hauling, and unloading tree debris, logs, and brush
• Pull a trailer transporting the telehandler to and from job sites
• Operate the mini loader to assist the tree crew with material handling and site work
• Place poly mats to protect customer property during tree removal operations
• Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections and routine maintenance
• Support the crew with general cleanup around the job site and company yard

Lo Que Harás Cada Día

• Operar, conducir y mantener el camión con garra, incluyendo cargar, transportar y descargar restos de árboles, troncos y ramas
• Remolcar un tráiler transportando el telehandler hacia y desde los sitios de trabajo
• Operar el minicargador para apoyar al equipo de árboles con manejo de materiales y trabajo en el sitio
• Colocar tapetes de protección (poly mats) para proteger la propiedad del cliente durante las operaciones
• Realizar inspecciones diarias del vehículo y equipo, así como mantenimiento rutinario
• Apoyar al equipo con la limpieza general en el sitio de trabajo y en el patio de la empresa
