The Role:

Napster Corp is looking to bring on an Executive Business Partner. This is a high-velocity role at the center of Napster’s growth, where composure under pressure, strategic instincts, and the ability to operate at the highest levels of business are non-negotiable. Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, the Executive Business Partner will have the opportunity to work in a challenging and engaging environment. You will play a critical role in supporting executive leadership across strategic initiatives, investor relations, and board-level operations — acting as a trusted partner who can navigate complexity, manage big personalities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks when the stakes are highest.

What you’ll do

• Day to day responsibilities: Step into high-stakes situations with confidence and clarity, anticipating needs, managing priorities, triaging competing demands, and stepping in to handle high-stakes situations before they escalate. Own the operational cadence of the executive office, including board prep, investor materials, and confidential communications
• Collaborators: Partner closely with C-suite leadership, board members, investors, and external stakeholders across venture capital and strategic partnership ecosystems
• Deliverables: Board-ready materials, investor decks and communications, briefings, strategic project tracking, and cross-functional coordination across high-priority initiatives
• Impact: You are the steady hand that keeps the executive function operating at peak performance — solving problems before they surface, managing relationships with discretion, and ensuring the CBO is always prepared, informed, and ahead of the game

What you’ll bring

• 6+ yrs of experience in a high-pressure executive support, chief of staff, or strategic operations role.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and comfort building polished board and investor-facing presentations with minimal direction
• Demonstrated experience handling confidential information, investor relations, or venture capital environments, you know how this world operates and can move within it confidently
• Tech or SaaS industry background strongly preferred, you understand the landscape and can hold your own in strategic conversations
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle extremely sensitive information with absolute discretion, no exceptions
• Thick-skinned, self-starting, and wired for urgency, you thrive alongside big personalities, don’t take things personally, and know how to read a room and act accordingly. This is not a 9-to-5 and flexibility is a baseline expectation, not a perk

The base salary for this position is up to $70,000 Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including education, certifications, experience, market demand, and location.
