What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide high-level customer service by handling sales and service inquiries
• Assist customers with their orders and answer questions about products and marketing offers
• Research and resolve service complaints via email and chat
• Commit to a weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday) as required
• Select a consistent schedule during training to maintain work hours

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must live in an approved state, such as Florida
• Must have a personal computer less than 5 years old, running Microsoft Windows 10 or 11
• Minimum of 8GB RAM and high-speed internet service (10 Mbps download, 2 Mbps upload)
• Must possess an approved headset and up-to-date computer virus protection
• Availability for scheduled shifts between 7 am – 7 pm CST

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Familiarity with sales and marketing processes
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with remote work environments
