Role Description

This is a full-time remote leadership role for the Vice President of Finance and Operations. The VP will oversee financial planning, financial reporting, and operational strategy, ensuring the company’s financial health and efficiency. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, analyzing financial performance, creating budgets, and optimizing internal processes. The position requires close collaboration with executive leadership to guide decision-making and implement strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and overall Finance management
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting and preparation of comprehensive reports
• Proven Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Strong understanding of operational optimization and process improvement
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making capabilities
• Experience in managing finances and operations in dynamic organizations
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Familiarity with nonprofit financial management is a plus
