Loyal Towing is looking for a professional, dependable Tow Truck Operator to join our team. We are a AAA contractor committed to providing safe, fast, and customer-focused roadside assistance and towing services.

Position Summary

The Tow Truck Operator is responsible for responding to roadside assistance calls, towing disabled vehicles, assisting stranded motorists, and providing excellent customer service while operating company equipment safely and professionally using Towbook and Bringg dispatch software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to AAA roadside assistance and towing service calls in a timely manner
• Operate and manage calls through Towbook and Bringg software platforms
• Safely load, transport, and unload vehicles using tow truck equipment
• Provide roadside assistance services including jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, and fuel delivery
• Complete digital service records, photos, and invoices accurately
• Maintain communication with dispatch throughout shifts
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of tow trucks and equipment
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service at all times

Requirements

• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Must have a clean driving record
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to use smartphones, GPS navigation, Towbook, and Bringg software
• Previous towing or roadside assistance experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• AAA contractor experience
• Experience using Towbook and Bringg
• Knowledge of local roads and navigation systems
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
