What You’ll Do
As a Software Engineer within the IT Early Career Development Program, you’ll be part of a twelve-month rotational program which introduces recent college graduates to different groups within the IT organization, such as cybersecurity, asset management, enterprise architecture, desktop support, network/application engineering, and more. As a participant, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on IT deliverables that drive business outcomes, mentoring with experienced professionals, and job shadowing. This is a development opportunity where you’ll grow your career in IT by leveraging technical skills, adaptability, analytic thinking, and ability to deliver results. Most importantly, you’ll will gain real-life experience and explore what it’s like to work as part of a fast-growing financial institution with a focus on emerging technologies. Upon program completion, you ‘ll be placed within IT teams according to compatibility, performance, and interest.
