Training & Cultural Development Team Leader Full Time NEW

The Training & Cultural Development Team Leader is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end‑to‑end learning and development programs for two core workforce groups at Green SM India:

• Office Staff (including Operations, Recruitment, Finance, Customer Service, and supporting functions)
• Drivers (Green SM’s delivery and transportation workforce)

This role plays a key part in building a strong learning culture, strengthening employee and driver capabilities, and supporting Green SM’s rapid growth and market expansion in India.

Key Responsibilities

1. Learning Strategy & Program Design

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) strategy aligned with Green SM’s business goals and expansion plans in India.
• Design tailored training programs for:
• Office Staff: onboarding, soft skills, functional training, leadership development, performance management.
• Drivers: operational procedures, safety standards, service quality, and real‑world scenario handling.
• Conduct regular training needs assessments in close collaboration with department heads and operations leaders.

2. Training Delivery & Management

• Organize and facilitate in‑person, virtual, and on‑the‑job training sessions.
• Manage and continuously improve learning platforms and digital tools (e.g. LMS) to enable scalable and consistent training delivery.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and continuously improve program quality.

3. Driver Training & Compliance Programs

• Build and maintain structured training frameworks for drivers covering onboarding, safety, operations, and service standards.
• Coordinate regular refresher training and compliance‑related programs in line with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure drivers are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills required for daily operations.

4. Culture Development & Engagement

• Support the development of a learning‑driven and performance‑oriented culture across office staff and drivers.
• Embed Green SM’s values, behaviors, and service standards into training content and delivery.
• Partner with leadership and HR to reinforce cultural alignment during onboarding and ongoing development initiatives.

5. Team & Budget Management

• Build, lead, and develop a team of internal trainers and/or external facilitators.
• Manage the L&D budget, ensuring learning initiatives are cost‑effective, scalable, and deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably with exposure to both white‑collar employees and frontline/driver workforce.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing and delivering blended learning programs (in‑person, virtual, on‑the‑job).
• Familiarity with modern learning tools, LMS platforms, and digital training solutions.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
