$20 to $26/hr based on experience

Role Description

The Pool Maintenance Technician will provide comprehensive maintenance and cleaning and handle a weekly service route. This position will report to the Field Service and Service Operation Managers. This is a full-time, on-site, re-occurring, permanent, seasonal position based in East Moriches, NY. Key responsibilities include working independently, managing a weekly route or customers, pool openings and closings, electronic work orders, testing chemicals, and related tasks. The role requires a high level of mechanical skill, organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and your time efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in pool systems and cleaning tasks.
• Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Experience in Work order documentation, and coordination tasks.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail and job site cleanliness.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Algebra and Math skills are important.
• Computer and smart phone literacy required.
• Physical fitness is required to handle equipment requirements.
