Spa Associate – Full Time Full Time

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic and professional people to work in our luxury spa, MassageLuXe, located in Edwardsville, IL.

Spa Sales Associates are responsible for selling Spa Memberships with a closing rate of 35% and accountable for Front Desk operations with an emphasis on delivering an exceptional level of customer service. MUST BE SALES DRIVEN. Will earn commission upon selling memberships and products.

Qualifications and Requirements include:

• 35% closing rate of selling memberships
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
• Follow proper filing procedures
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Team player
• Great computer skills
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
