What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Resolve escalated customer service issues, providing a high-quality service experience
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to address appliance-related concerns
- Collaborate with internal departments to negotiate and implement solutions for customer issues
- Gather information and suggest resolutions to management based on customer feedback
- Complete consumer reviews for satisfaction before closing cases
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- Minimum of 2 years of escalated customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including navigating multiple online applications

- Previous experience working from home
