Duties

• Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food production, service, and cleanliness
• Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, ensuring efficient shift management and team collaboration
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, maintaining consistency with menu standards and presentation
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold rigorous hygiene standards across all kitchen areas
• Coordinate catering events and banquet functions, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service
• Contribute to menu planning by offering innovative ideas aligned with culinary trends and guest preferences

Experience

• Proven experience in quick service, prepared foods, pizza and baking with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management
• Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of dietary requirements and food handling safety protocols within hospitality settings
• Skilled in inventory management, food production techniques, and food service management
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including shift management, menu planning, and customer service excellence
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, manage multiple priorities, and uphold high standards of quality

Pay: $1,500.00 – $2,500.00 per week
