Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects across various business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and proven experience working with offshore delivery teams in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, schedules, and budgets in alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate and collaborate with offshore and onshore delivery teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to project governance and compliance with internal methodologies and best practices.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or related field (master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience managing offshore teams, particularly in India, Eastern Europe, or APAC regions.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology or business transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in sectors like IT services, software development, fintech, or consulting.
• Familiarity with tools and platforms like Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or SharePoint.
• Experience with budgeting and financial tracking for multi-million-dollar projects.
