What You’ll Do
- Manage active cases from initial outreach through completion, engaging with customers with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.
- Conduct qualitative reviews of incoming opportunities, assessing potential risks and becoming familiar with relevant state‑level requirements.
- Prepare case‑specific summaries and pricing scenarios by understanding key financial and situational drivers.
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the internal CRM, anticipating and resolving issues proactively.
- Produce recurring internal and external reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Update internal process documentation to support operational consistency.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to improve service quality.
- Surface opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency and support business growth.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years in a customer‑facing, client service, or operations role.
- A strong customer‑centric mindset and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguous situations.
- Strong organizational habits and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, small‑team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems is helpful.
- Background in financial services or a regulated environment is a plus.
