Sales Representative (Commission Only, Remote, Flexible Hours)

SiteWork Pro builds websites for small businesses that don’t have one. We work with contractors, landscapers, electricians, plumbers, and other local service businesses. We’re hiring college students and recent grads as sales reps.

Why we’re posting this:

Getting relevant experience on your resume in college is nearly impossible right now. Internships are competitive, most of them are unpaid, and half of them have you doing work that has nothing to do with your major. We built this role specifically for students who want actual sales experience they can point to in interviews and on their resume. You’ll be making real calls to real business owners, building relationships, and closing deals. Not sitting in on meetings or updating spreadsheets.

This is fully remote with completely flexible hours. Work between classes, at night, on weekends, whenever works for you. There are no set shifts and no minimum hours.

What you’d be doing:

• Reaching out to small business owners who don’t have a website

• Having conversations with them about their business and what they need

• Setting up follow-up calls and sending them a mock website we build for you

• Closing the deal

Compensation:

This is commission only. You start at 40% of every deal you close with room to earn more as you prove yourself. There’s no cap on what you can make. Most reps who put in consistent effort are making more than they would at any hourly job, on their own schedule.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated

• Comfortable making outbound phone calls

• Can work independently and manage your own time

• Interest in sales, business, or marketing is a plus but not required

• No prior sales experience needed
