🔍 Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced, results-driven Sweetener Sales Manager for the U.S. market. Responsible for executing regional sales strategy, managing key accounts, and driving new business in sweetener and food ingredient sales.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

🌱 Develop and execute U.S. sales plan for sweetener portfolio. Define targets, evaluate progress, and ensure goal achievement.

🌱 Build and maintain long-term client relationships in the U.S. Address customer needs and feedback to enhance satisfaction.

🌱 Identify new clients and opportunities, expand sales channels, and promote products via industry events and direct outreach.

💼 Qualifications & Requirements:

🌱 Proven B2B sales experience in sweeteners or related food ingredients in the U.S. market. Must understand market landscape and customer distribution.

🌱 Strong technical knowledge of sweetener products (e.g., natural, high-intensity). Working knowledge of FDA regulations, GRAS status, and industry standards required.

🌱 Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to prospect, develop new accounts, and nurture long-term client relationships.
