Pool Technician Full Time

Job Summary

Duties

• Conduct regular pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and emptying skimmer baskets to ensure pristine water quality.
• Perform comprehensive pool maintenance tasks such as testing water chemistry, balancing pH levels, and adjusting chemicals accordingly.
• Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators; identify issues promptly.
• Use hand tools and power tools to repair or replace faulty equipment, ensuring optimal operation of all pool systems.
• Maintain detailed service records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, and chemical treatments administered.
• Respond swiftly to emergency repairs or urgent service requests to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance procedures to ensure a secure working environment.

Experience

• Prior experience as a service technician or in a similar pool maintenance role is highly preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various pool equipment issues efficiently.
• Hands-on experience with pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing procedures.
• Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools for equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to perform routine inspections, troubleshoot problems, and execute repairs independently.

Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
