It All Started With A Idea (ITASWA) is a performance marketing studio building the next generation of AI-powered paid media. We’re hiring a hungry, in-market closer to grow our book of business across Arizona.
This is a 100% commission role with uncapped earnings and recurring income — you get paid for as long as the clients you bring in stay with us. If you can work a list, knock a door, and turn a “maybe” into a signed deal, let’s talk.
Responsibilities
- Prospect a target list of local AZ businesses through cold calls, door knocks, and in-person outreach
- Open conversations, qualify leads, and close new accounts for our paid media and web services
- Own your pipeline end to end and represent ITASWA in the field
What you’ll earn
- 100% of the $1,000 setup deposit on every closed client
- 10% of recurring revenue (MRR) for the entire life of the account
- Quarterly performance bonus on high-value accounts that exceed $5,000 MRR, paid as long as the client is retained
- No cap, no ceiling — the bigger the book you build and keep, the bigger your monthly checks
Qualifications
- Based in the Phoenix / Queen Creek / East Valley area (this is a local, in-person role)
- Comfortable with rejection and energized by the hunt
- Self-driven, coachable, and competitive
- Sales, BDR, or door-to-door experience a plus — grit beats résumé
