About the role
We’re looking for a Retention Manager who thinks in direct response, tracks cohorts like a scientist, and takes full ownership of outcomes.

You own retention for both brands. That means watching cohort behavior, identifying where LTV breaks down, ideating and testing ways to drive repeat purchases, and running email, SMS, and direct mail as the levers to get there. You think in systems, manage your own priorities without being told what to do next, and report back with insight rather than status updates. You report into the Director of Growth Marketing.

You’re 3+ years into a retention career at DTC brands.
You’ve been the person who owns email & sms, writes the emails, reads the reports, and knows when something’s off & how to strategically fix it before anyone tells you.
You’ve worked in health, beauty, wellness, or adjacent categories and you understand why women buy and buy again.
You know Eugene Schwartz by name, or by instinct.
You can write a DR-style emails and explain exactly why the subject line works.
You’re not chasing a title.
You want to own something real, build the systems around it, and make it perform.
