Our Client is seeking a dynamic Multi‑Site Operations Leader to oversee key business functions across Sales, Safety programs, Warehouse Operations, Facilities, Transportation, and Operational Systems. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands‑on leader who excels at driving performance, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional service levels across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance across sales growth initiatives, case volume expansion, and customer service excellence.
• Oversee safe, accurate, cost‑efficient daily operations including inbound/outbound warehouse activities, transportation and delivery, fleet services, and facility management.
• Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in collaboration with the leadership team.
• Manage budgets for labor, benefits, assets, maintenance, capital expenditures, and third‑party service providers.
• Evaluate financial and operational metrics, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely upgrades, repairs, and continuous operational improvement.
• Drive process optimization, efficiency enhancements, and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Forecast and plan facility and operational capacity to support current and future business growth.
• Identify challenges, propose solutions, and collaborate with senior leadership on long‑term strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of leadership experience in distribution or large‑scale operations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and decision‑making abilities.

Decision‑Making Scope

• Independent: Driving strategies that support sales and case‑volume growth.
• With Leadership Review: Major business initiatives such as acquisitions or expansion plans.
