The Role: Program Operations Manager

This is a high-accountability execution role reporting directly to the Head of Operations.

You will independently own the execution of AIRE’s core operational programs — especially across EDU activations – education & sampling programs, and cross-functional initiatives tied to Marketplace and Skinstore.

You are not here to “coordinate meetings.”

You are here to run programs end-to-end, reduce friction, and ensure initiatives ship cleanly, on time, and with measurable results.

This role is ideal for a startup operator who thrives in ambiguity, loves building structure, and takes pride in operational excellence.

What You’ll Own

End-to-End Program Execution

• Own execution of EDU brand activations (sampling /webinar /UGCs → survey → sampling workflows)
• Build and manage detailed project plans across product, partnerships, marketing, CS, and logistics
• Identify risks early and drive resolution
• Ensure all deliverables are completed without leadership chasing

Operational Systems & Workflow Standardization

• Turn repeat initiatives into structured templates and playbooks
• Standardize workflows across EDU, Marketplace, and Skinstore
• Reduce manual friction and increase execution speed
• Improve processes after each launch cycle

Reporting & KPI Tracking

• Maintain program dashboards and KPI trackers
• Monitor inventory, survey completion, and brand deliverables
• Produce clear, concise performance summaries
• Surface operational gaps and recommend improvements

Cross-Functional Execution Management

• Serve as the operational owner for assigned initiatives
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners
• Ensure deadlines are met and communication is clear
• Close loops — nothing slips through cracks

Documentation & Operational Hygiene

• Maintain clean JIRA & excel tracking systems
• Document SOPs and workflows
• Ensure visibility into project status at all times

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

• EDU programs run without constant oversight
• Standardized execution templates are implemented
• Leadership involvement in follow-ups decreases significantly
• Brand reporting is structured and consistent
• Operational gaps are proactively identified and improved

Experience:

• 3–6 years in operations, program management, or startup execution roles
• Experience in healthtech, SaaS, marketplace, or consumer brands preferred
• Strong familiarity with JIRA, Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack
• Comfortable working with data and performance tracking
