- Job Summary:** Parts Sales Representative is responsible for parts
sales over the counter to our customers or through our service
department.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by accurately identifying our
customers needs and efficiently using our resources to look up and
cross-reference parts.
- Leverage selling skills to present solutions and recommendations
using up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Meet, greet, and welcome customers in a professional manner.
- Ensure customer expectations are met, including extraordinary
efforts at meeting commitments.
- Inventory, restocking, and reordering parts. Merchandising of parts.
- Communicate appropriately with all internal and external state
holders, in person and remotely.
