Role Description

The Executive Director of Physician Compensation will manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of physician compensation plans. Responsibilities include analyzing and benchmarking compensation structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with leadership to develop strategies for physician engagement and retention. The role requires working closely with human resources, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless integration of compensation programs. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Salt Lake City, UT.

• Experience in healthcare operations and management, particularly in physician-focused organizational models.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems for compensation analysis and modeling.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to healthcare compensation practices.
