Job Description – Key Account Manager, North America

Position Summary
The Key Account Manager, North America is responsible for executing Aiper’s commercial strategies within assigned priority channels, ensuring sales growth, profitability, channel partnership stability, and operational excellence. This role specifically manages Home Depot U.S., Lowe’s U.S., and key regional distributors, focusing on tactical execution, day-to-day account operations, business performance delivery, and structured feedback to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Execution & Business Delivery
• Understand and operationalize company and regional commercial strategies within assigned accounts.
• Translate strategic direction into actionable account plans and sales initiatives.
• Provide structured, data-driven feedback to management on market shifts, competitive dynamics, and execution effectiveness.
2. Sales & Account Management
• Own day-to-day management of Home Depot U.S., Lowe’s U.S., and regional distributor accounts.
• Manage sales forecasts, pipeline health, promotional execution, and sell-through performance.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with buyers, category managers, and retail operations teams.
• Execute assortment planning, product lifecycle management, and pricing deployment in alignment with regional strategy.
3. Financial & Performance Management
• Manage assigned accounts to achieve defined sales, revenue, and profitability objectives.
• Collaborate with demand planning and supply chain teams to maintain healthy inventory levels and replenishment efficiency.
• Ensure disciplined execution of trade spending and marketing investments within approved financial frameworks.
4. Channel Marketing & Activation
• Execute channel marketing initiatives, seasonal programs, promotions, and in-store activation plans.
• Support brand visibility and ensure consistent messaging and presentation across online and offline retail environments.
5. Process Execution & KPI Management
• Execute company processes, governance standards, reporting cadence, CRM utilization, and KPI tracking requirements.
• Support continuous improvement in operational execution quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales or key account management, preferably in consumer electronics or technology sectors.
• Experience working with major U.S. retailers or distributor networks preferred.
• Strong execution capability, commercial acumen, and data-driven decision mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel/Power BI, and structured performance reporting preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and performance-driven environment.
