Investment banking Tech Analyst Full Time

I’m working with a leading middle market investment bank, which is looking to add an Analyst into their Tech team in New York. The platform has grown massively over the last couple of years and is experiencing very good deal flow across M&A as well as capital markets. The sub-sectors within Tech that the team covers are software, internet, hardware, tech-enabled services and industrial tech. The Analyst joining would get great exposure to all 5 sub-sectors across product groups with some lean towards M&A. They would also receive mentorship from a cohesive and seasoned senior team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of M&A transactions, including financial modelling and valuation

• Preparation of client materials (pitchbooks, CIMs, board presentations)

• Managing diligence processes and coordinating with clients and counterparties

Qualifications:

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in investment banking

• Strong technical skillset (LBO, DCF, merger models)

• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
