I’m partnering with a category-leading Scientific Data & AI organization to hire a Scientific Business Analyst who will sit at the intersection of life sciences, AI, and enterprise data transformation. This is a highly strategic, customer-facing role focused on industrializing AI-native scientific data across R&D and Quality organizations.

🔬 Who This Is For:

A senior scientific leader (PhD + significant industry experience) with deep domain expertise across one of the following:

• Drug discovery / preclinical development
• CMC / analytical development
• Quality / manufacturing sciences
• High-throughput screening, tox, DS synthesis, or lab automation

💡 What You’ll Do:

• Work onsite (Boston area) with leading pharma/biotech organizations
• Explore and enrich scientific datasets for AI readiness
• Define AI/ML-driven use cases with R&D and Quality stakeholders
• Translate scientific workflows into scalable data solutions
• Provide real-world scientific input on AI model outputs
• Act as a trusted advisor driving enterprise AI adoption

🧠 Ideal Background:

• PhD with 8+ years in pharma/biotech/health tech
• Experience delivering AI/ML-enabled operational improvements
• Strong scientific data workflow expertise (FAIR, automation, ontology exposure a plus)
• Technical fluency (Python, Nextflow, AWS, SDKs preferred)
• Executive-level communication & storytelling skills
