Our client, a software development company, is seeking a Human Operations Coordinator to join their team. This is a remote, short-term contract role, and we’re looking for someone to start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Someone who can handle a high volume of tickets, calls, and emails.
- Workday experience for HR transactions (onboarding, updates to positions/employee data, offboarding) is a must.
- Workday Help is strongly preferred.
- Greenhouse Onboarding experience
- Calendar management (we use google suite)
- There will be case management for external communications via Zendesk
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
