- AA/AS degree or equivalent experience
- 1 year experience working in an education setting, or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of experience providing exceptional support to Executives and/or Board members.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint, ERAS, Residency Management Software such as MedHub and Thalamus other computer programs to produce documents, forms, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Sensitivity to cultural diversity and ability to communicate and interact effectively with people of all ages and diverse background.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and to work with multiple executives.
- Skills to assimilate complex data sets to develop data findings, conclusions and recommendations.
- Ability to be professional to effectively work with individuals at all levels; ability to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and discretion; high degree of motivation and innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to be optimistic, positive and supportive in all interactions with others.
- Ability to meet both short and long-term deadlines with a minimum of supervision and with initiative and imagination.
- Ability to prepare questionnaires and other survey instruments.
- Ability to gather, compile, and analyze research date, and to present data in tabular, graphic, and pictorial form.
- Ability to prepare and work clear and comprehensive reports.
- Excellent organizational skills with special attention to detail. Must have demonstrated ability to multi-task and thoughtfully prioritize projects.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to independently problem-solve and make decisions but also know when to consult supervisory personnel when necessary.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn administrative requirements of sponsors.
- Project management skills and the ability to manage numerous complex activities with overlapping deliverables and deadlines.
