Role Description

This full-time remote role, Head of Institutional Sales, focuses on driving initiatives to expand the organization’s presence in the institutional investment sector. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, nurturing relationships with high-value institutional clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional satisfaction for clients. The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams, deliver presentations to prospective clients, and exceed sales performance targets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Institutional Sales and Institutional Investments to drive growth and secure high-value partnerships
• Strong knowledge and experience in Finance, Investments, and Sales, essential for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and manage client relationships effectively
• Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly with institutional clients

• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or regulated sectors is a strong advantage
