What You’ll Do
Capture Accessories is looking for a highly organized Production Assistant to support the day-to-day production operations of our accessories business. You’ll work closely with our merchandising, sourcing, creative, and sales teams to keep projects on track, vendors aligned, and timelines moving.
• Manage production schedules, timelines, and workflows across multiple projects
• Coordinate with overseas vendors
• Track purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure on-time production
• Maintain accurate records including specs, BOMs, and production trackers
• Assist in identifying and resolving production delays or quality issues
• Prepare reports and status updates for the merchandising, creative, and sales teams
What You’ll Bring
• 2–5 years of experience in production in the consumer goods space
• Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with project management tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Additional Info
Salary Range: $60k – $70k
Monday through Thursday on-site in our New York City office, with Fridays remote.
