ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Guest Services – Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience while delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include greeting and checking in guests, answering inquiries about exhibits and museum amenities, managing phone calls and reservations, and processing admissions and gift shop purchases. You will also help maintain the front desk area, distribute informational materials, and ensure that guests have a positive and memorable visit. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a friendly, positive demeanor.
