Lead Carpenter for Growing Remodeling Company

We’re looking for a person who can lead a crew on projects ranging from additions to bathroom and kitchen remodels to lower levels and window replacements. Experience in all aspects of remodeling is required with a minimum of 10 years of experience. A positive attitude and good manners with clients and fellow employees are a must

Duties

· oversee day-to-day site production

· direct subcontractors and other carpenters on site per plan specs

· interpret building plans

· labor on job sites

· train younger carpenters

· meet hours allotted for project phases and completion deadlines

Qualifications

Reliable, flexible, honest, clean, hard -working, detail oriented, respectful, able to problem solve.

· Able to frame additions, interior walls, set windows, install all types of siding

· Able to understand connections to existing structures

Able to perform custom carpentry work

· Knowledge of local and state building codes

· Able to set cabinets, install base, casing and crown molding to a high quality standard

· Able to lift heavy materials

· Able to communicate with clients on site as needed

· Aware of job site safety standards

Pay: $35.00 – $47.00 per hour
