Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Grounds/Punch Technician, where you’ll play a vital role in preparing and maintaining the grounds and preparing homes for move in. Must have experience using a paint sprayer and apartment maintenance experience or similar skills. e.
Duties
- Pick up grounds of litter and run compactor. Clean amenities to include laundry, pool and fitness center. Clean breezeways and pressure wash buildings.rf care to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
- Paint apartments and preform maintenance needed to turn the unit for occupancy.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools, power tools and paint sprayer.
- Have own transportation and have own tools.
- Excellent physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting heavy equipment or materials throughout the day
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and follow safety protocols
Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
