The Regional Executive Vice President serves as one of the company’s highest-ranking operational and executive leaders within a designated region, bearing overall responsibility for the implementation of regional strategies, business operations management, and performance growth. Acting as the corporate headquarters’ core representative within the region, this role coordinates sales, operations, marketing, and support functions to ensure the efficient execution of corporate strategies and the realization of sustained growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
**I. Regional Strategy Execution & Business Management**
* Formulate regional development strategies and annual operating plans aligned with the company’s overall corporate strategy;
* Assume full accountability for regional revenue, profit, and market share (P&L responsibility);
* Drive the high-quality implementation of corporate strategies within the region;
* Optimize the regional business structure and growth pathways.
**II. Regional Business Operations & Execution Management**
* Coordinate sales, operations, marketing, and customer management functions across the region;
* Establish a unified regional operations management system and execution standards;
* Enhance business execution efficiency and operational quality;
* Drive the scaling and sustainable development of regional business operations.
**III. Business Growth & Market Expansion**
* Develop strategies for regional market expansion and growth;
* Drive the development of key industries, critical clients, and core distribution channels;
* Expand regional market coverage and enhance competitiveness;
* Identify new business opportunities and drive growth initiatives.
**IV. Organizational Management & Team Building**
* Lead the regional management team and various business heads;
* Define clear role responsibilities and performance objectives;
* Build high-performance teams and develop a management succession pipeline;
* Foster a results-oriented culture of execution.
**V. Business Analysis & Performance Management**
* Establish regional KPIs and a performance management framework;
* Monitor revenue, costs, profits, and operational efficiency;
* Periodically evaluate business performance and propose improvement measures;
* Report regional business performance and strategic recommendations to headquarters.
**VI. Cross-Regional & Headquarters Collaboration**
* Serve as the primary communication bridge between headquarters and the region;
* Facilitate the regional implementation of headquarters’ strategies, policies, and projects;
* Promote cross-regional resource sharing and collaboration;
* Provide feedback on market dynamics and customer requirements.
**VII. Customer & Partner Management**
* Maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners;
* Enhance customer satisfaction and the long-term value of partnerships;
* Drive the execution of major projects and key account initiatives;
* Strengthen the company’s brand influence within the regional market.
**VIII. Risk Control & Compliance Management**
* Ensure that regional business operations comply with company policies and applicable laws/regulations;
* Manage operational, contractual, and regulatory compliance risks;
* Establish risk early-warning and response mechanisms;
* Safeguard the company’s brand reputation and commercial credibility. **Job Qualifications**
**Educational Background**
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
* MBA or Executive Management training is preferred.
**Work Experience**
* 20+ years of experience in business management or operations;
* At least 15 years of experience in regional management or serving as a branch head;
* Proven experience in full P&L management;
* Demonstrated track record of successfully driving regional business growth and scaling operations.
