Full Stack Software Engineer (Founding Team Member) Full Time NEW

About the Role

Fermions ASI Corp. is building next-generation AI-powered development platforms that redefine how complex systems — including semiconductor design — are built, debugged, and validated.

We’re looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer (7–8 years experience) to join our core team and help build the product — and the company — from the ground up.

This is not a typical job. This is an equity-based founding role for someone who wants to build something meaningful long-term.

What You’ll Work On

• End-to-end full stack development (UI → backend → infra)

• AI-native interfaces (chat, code workflows, debugging systems)

• Backend systems, APIs, and orchestration layers

• Developer tooling (VS Code extensions, IDE integrations)

• Agentic workflows (generate → test → debug → iterate loops)

• (Good to have) Systems interacting with EDA / RTL / verification flows

Tech Stack

• React, TypeScript, Tailwind

• Node.js, APIs, async systems

• LLM integrations, agent workflows

• GitHub, CI/CD, cloud platforms

What We’re Looking For (Must Have)

• 7–8 years of full stack engineering experience

• Strong in React, TypeScript, Node.js

• Experience building scalable, production systems end-to-end

• Strong system design & problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently with high ownership

• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments

• Highly motivated builder mindset — you take initiative without being told

Strongly Preferred

• Prior startup / 0→1 experience

• Experience building developer tools / IDEs / extensions

• Exposure to AI / LLM systems

• Familiarity with EDA / semiconductor workflows
